Compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adults – warm, steady, and unhurried.
A space that feels less like a clinic and more like arriving home.
These are fictionalized composites, but the weight they carry is real. Read each story – then flip the card to see where the work led.

To everyone around her, Diana looks composed and capable – the one her team and her family rely on to know what comes next. Quietly, the burnout has been building.
She holds it all together, and no one can see what it asks of her.
Diana came to understand the old patterns driving her, reconnected with what mattered most to her, and began building a life with room for self-compassion and balance.

A year ago, Renata lost her mother, and grief has worked its way into every corner of her life. Numbness has become her ordinary state, and underneath it the anger can be enormous.
Life has lost its shape, and she finds herself unsure of who she is now.
With Renata, we made space for sorrow, confusion, and the shifting questions of identity that follow a loss like hers. Over time, our work together became a place for meaning-making, resilience, and renewal.

Marcus is only 35, and he already speaks like a man with several lifetimes behind him. He came back from his second deployment, and cannot explain why he is not the same person who left.
Staying busy, shutting down, and watching every exit once kept him alive. Now those same instincts wreck his sleep and his sense of safety.
For Marcus, therapy offered a steady place to face what happened and come to terms with his guilt, slowly restoring his sense of agency as he healed at his own pace.

Tomás was born in Central America, where daily hardship and violence finally pushed his family to look for something better. He survived the journey’s physical hurdles – but no one warned him about the emotional ones.
He lives in the space between two realities and two identities, pulled out of his own sense of self.
With Tomás, we explored his cultural world, and sharing my own multicultural experience helped him feel understood. Letting him stay the expert on his own culture, I brought the clinical expertise to help him integrate a fractured identity and build a more sustainable life.

The above names and stories are fictionalized composites of real clients I’ve supported.
If you saw yourself in any of these stories, I want you to know that what you’re feeling can be understood, and it can change.
Imagine the two of us walking together inside a dark cave. I’m the one holding the flashlight. My work isn’t to tell you where to step. It’s to illuminate the way, so that you can see clearly and choose your own direction.

We are both travelers in this, meeting from a place of equals.
For more than 20 years, including 14 at the VA, I’ve sat with people in the hardest moments of their lives. I’ve learned that suffering, while painful, can be understood and worked through.
My work is to offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I’ll be with you every step, helping you understand what stands in the way of a fulfilled life.
The way I practice blends evidence-based methods with a warm, person-centered style that I shape around you, your history, and your culture. Much of what I do happens on an emotional level, working with transitions, emotional pain, and the long reach of past experiences into the present.
Having grown up between languages and countries myself, I work in English, Spanish, and Hebrew. I hold deep respect for the cultural worlds my clients carry with them. My hope is simply this: a respectful, culturally grounded place where real growth can happen.
Does that make sense?
